SafeCall is only available on app versions 11.6.0 and above.
Frequently asked questions
No, SafeCall is available to all Westpac customers, regardless of telephone carrier, as long as they have an Australian mobile number. Westpac is now using SafeCall to contact some customers and we will continue to roll this out to more customers going forward.
No, you may still receive calls outside the App. If you’re not sure it’s us, hang up and call us back on 132 032.
