What is SafeBlock?
SafeBlock is an upcoming feature that helps keep your money safe. If you think someone is trying to scam you, you can quickly stop your account or card from being used. It will be available soon in the Westpac App and Online Banking.

You’re in control
If something feels wrong or you see a payment you don't recognise, you can block your accounts. They will stay blocked until you're confident everything is secure and ready to be unlocked.

Just tap a button to stop new online banking payments, ATM withdrawals, transfers, card purchases and most recurring card payments.

The Digital Card is only available in the Westpac App and supported with the latest version of the Westpac App. The terms and conditions applicable to your product also apply to the use of your digital card. Online Banking Terms & Conditions also apply. You may not always be able to access your digital card.
