To qualify for the National Westpac Group Alumni or Westpac Retired Officers Clubs you must be a retired, resigned or retrenched former payroll employee of Westpac Group (including brands Westpac, St.George, BT, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA). Former employees must apply to be a subscribing member of a Club. Simply being an ex-employee does not make someone eligible to access to the benefits.
Subscribing members of the National Westpac Group Alumni and Westpac Retired Officers Clubs can access a range of banking benefits. Those interested can also come together for social purposes and enjoy the fellowship of former colleagues.
WGAlumni/WROC benefits can be applied to new or existing eligible products on request only and members must be formally registered with the Westpac Group prior to gaining access to these benefits.
Once registered, eligible members will need to speak to a member of our Employee and Family Banking team to obtain these offers. If banking benefits are applied to an existing product, the relevant benefits won’t be applied retrospectively (e.g., there will be no change in interest or refund of fees already paid).
Once an WGAlumni/WROC member is registered with the Westpac Group, they will have the ability to share the Westpac Group Family Banking Program with their family members. Eligible Family Members of WGAlumni/WROC members will be able to visit www.westpac.com.au/familybanking to enquire to be part of the Family Banking Program. Upon submission of the registration form by the family member, the Westpac Group team will check to ensure the WGAlumni/WROC member is registered with Westpac to progress and register their Family Member for the Family Banking Program.
