What is Ask Westpac?

Ask Westpac is a natural language search function that helps you find the answers to your questions.

Note: The answers provided do not take into consideration your personal financial circumstances.

How do I phrase a question?

Ask Westpac enables you to ask a question just like you would if you were talking to a real person, like "How do I redeem my Altitude Rewards points?"

How do I enter another question after I've asked one?

You'll find a text box at the top of each page. Simply delete the previous question, enter a new one and click the submit button.

I can't find the information I need. What do I do now?

If you can't find the information you are looking for, you can email an expert. You'll find a link to the email an expert page at the bottom of each response. In most cases we will reply to your email within 24 hours.
